Ever present and faithful God, You are the Author of Life.
In Your infinite love, You created all women and men in Your own image and likeness.
To us, You have entrusted the care and welfare of every human life form conception to natural death.
Give us the grace, wisdom, mercy, and love to act on behalf of those whose lives are threatened by the culture of death, especially those who are most vulnerable: the unborn and their mothers in need.
Hear the prayers of Your people who advocate for Life. Send forth Your Spirit.
Touch the hearts and minds of those who fail to recognize the gift of Life. Heal those whose lives have been wounded by abortion.
Overcome all that devalues human life: poverty, racism, homelessness, greed, abuse, addiction, violence, war, and every evil that opposes Life in accord with Your Creation.
Fill us with Your Divine Life that we may be instruments of Your Presence and Peace to reveal and build up a culture of Life through Jesus, Your Son, who is the Lord of Life forever and ever. Amen
