St. Malachi Church Run

The 38th annual St. Malachi Church Run will be held on March 10, 2018. Presented by St. Malachi Parish, in partnership with Greater Cleveland XC, the event will feature 2-mile and 5-mile run options. The Runs will begin and end near the St. Malachi Church on the near west side of downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
Celebrating over 150 years in the Cleveland community, St. Malachi Parish, located at 2459 Washington Avenue, provides over $100,000 annually in various ministries and outreach programs to Cleveland’s homeless, hungry, and needy. The Run aims to raise funding and awareness for St. Malachi’s numerous service programs. In 2018, the Run looks to greatly increase the amount of funding that will be reaching St. Malachi directly through a new race management partnership.
Participants in the St. Malachi Church Run represent all walks of Cleveland life, joining together in this annual celebration of the Church and its mission. In addition to the Run itself, mass will be celebrated at 8:00AM. Also featured is an exciting after-party in the Flats, where runners and their families will continue the celebration with St. Patrick’s Day themed music and food. This year’s post-race party will be hosted by Mulberry’s Social Sports Bar, a new venue for this event.
