Fit from Faith
January 27 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Fit from Faith is a Christ-centered Wellness Apostolate that defines health as a state of body and soul together. In today’s modern world people are becoming busier, less active, and unhealthy. It is crucial for Catholics to look towards the teachings of the church to teach us how to care for the body to live fully alive as integrated persons. In living out a healthy life we can be a stronger gift to those we serve in our mission and God given vocation. Join us as we unpack our call to be healthy disciples! Throughout this talk we dive deep into the Church’s teaching on care of the body and offer practical insights into how you can implement these teachings into your own life so that you experience the fully abundant and whole life that you were made for.
