CLEVELAND MASS MOB
March 31, 2019 @ 10:00 am
This Sunday, March 31 St., CLEVELAND MASS MOB, a celebration of the Eucharist in an historic Catholic Church, St. Philomena, at 13824 Euclid Avenue. Mass Mob CLEVELAND is returning for a fifth season. This is an invitation to visit one of Cleveland’s beautiful churches.
The Mass Mob concept started in Buffalo on All Saints Day in November of 2013 and spread to other U.S. cities, highlighting historic churches. Many cities started movements to showcase these architectural edifices, which are usually over 100 years old and built by the early immigrants and their descendants. The interiors are usually very ornate with priceless sacred art, stained glass windows and painted sanctuaries.
St. Philomena was formed in 1902 and today is part of the parish of the Communion of Saints which includes St. Ann as the other campus.
All invited this Sunday, March 31 St. for the 10:00 AM Mass. Plenty of parking exists in the back of the church.
