Holy Redeemer Church Pope Francis appointed Father Patrick Neary of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Portland, Oregon, as bishop-elect of the Diocese of St. Cloud, Minnesota, on Dec. 15, 2022.
Bishop-elect Neary is set to be installed on Feb. 14, 2023.
