Walk of Hope Supporting Persons with Disabilities on Saturday, October 5, 2019!
Join us for a fun fall gathering, which raises awareness and funds for our community based programs and parish ministries for persons with disabilities in our Diocese. The Walk will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 12noon, at St. Augustine Church, 2486 W. 14th St., Cleveland, in the Historic Tremont neighborhood. The day begins at 10:00 a.m. with breakfast pastries and coffee/juice, followed by a walk around Lincoln Park and a raffle with great prizes. This event is for persons of all abilities.
