Join us for an educational event by Jennifer Trudel, Director of Resident Services for Ancora Memory Support at Mount Alverna Village. She will speak on the practice of relaxation and meditation. Learn tools to combat the stress that is often a side-effects of caring for a loved one with dementia. Our Executive Director, Patrick Welsh will give an update on the opening of Ancora Memory Support.
