Cleveland Divine Mercy Conference

All are invited to a Cleveland Divine Mercy Conference to celebrate the close of the Year of Mercy on Saturday November 19th at St. Basil the Great Church.
Our world is in such great need of healing and this conference will help attendees appreciate that definitive healing can only be obtained from our Lord’s unfathomable Divine Mercy.
The day will begin with an opening Mass at 7:30 A.M. with Bishop Roger Gries followed by the conference with three wonderful speakers.
- Fr. Chris Alar, MIC, Director of the Association of Marian Helpers will speak on Divine Mercy 101
- Marie Romagnano, RN, BSN, CRC,CCM, Founder of Healthcare Professionals for Divine Mercy will discuss the use of the Divine Mercy Message and Devotion for spiritual care of the sick, injured and dying. She will also present the case of an astounding miracle of mercy which lead to the Canonization of the Marian Founder St. Stanislaus Papczynski in June 2016.
- Fr. Thomas Loya is a member of the Tabor Life Institute and popular radio host of multiple programs including “Light of the East Radio” heard on EWTN Radio affiliates, Ave Maria Radio, and The Guadalupe Radio Network. Fr. Loya will speak on “The Sacramental Liturgical Worldview of Eastern Christian Spirituality.”
The conference will close with the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy at 3:00 P.M. followed by a blessing on the close of the Year of Mercy by Fr. Chris Alar. Admission to the conference is free, but there will be a free will offering taken to support the Marians. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for $12.00.
