Christ is risen!
On behalf of everyone at St. Peter The Rock Media and AM 1260 The Rock, may continued blessings of our risen Savior be yours as we celebrate the holiest of days!
In the Gospel of Luke, 24:13-35, the disciples who unknowingly encounter the risen Lord on the road to Emmaus ask Him to “stay with us.” Like these disciples, we don’t always recognize Christ present with us, but He is always with us, walking with us, accompanying us on our journey, which can be arduous at times.
God will always stay with us; it is we who need to remain with Him, through prayer, through study, through every moment of the day, through participation in liturgies (virtually for now), and through the teachings of the Church which He founded on St. Peter, The Rock.
AM 1260 The Rock continues to provide a way for us to ‘stay’ with our Lord throughout our day, whether through the Holy Mass, devotionals such as the Rosary and Chaplet of Divine Mercy, or through the many programs aired throughout the day. Perhaps Our Lord will reveal himself to you through something you hear on this station, and you, like the disciples on the road to Emmaus, will be able to say “Were not our hearts burning within us…”
Your support of AM 1260 The Rock is what enables us to maintain Catholic radio in Cleveland. As a listener-funded lay apostolate, we rely on your generosity. While we have chosen to delay our April Pledge Drive until mid-May, we continue to count on you for whatever you are able to do.

Also, we ask you to continue to pray for us, as we continue to pray for you, that together we continue to rejoice in Jesus Christ our King, who reigns eternally, and in Whom is our hope and our joy.
Be well and stay safe.
