3rd Annual Family Life & Liturgy Camp

Join families from across the Byzantine Catholic Eparchy of Parma for a week of faith-focused, family-friendly fun! This year’s camp programming is inspired by Orientale Lumen, Pope St. John Paul II’s Apostolic Letter on the Eastern Churches, as we celebrate the 30th anniversary of its publication.
Basic Information
When: Sunday, August 3rd (4 PM) through Friday, August 8th (10 AM), 2025
Where: Cedar Lake Ministries in Cedar Lakes, Indiana, near Chicago
What: Daily community prayer, including the Feast of the Transfiguration of Our Lord, and opportunities for confession. Mornings will feature programming stratified by age, including babysitting available for infants and toddlers. Details are TBD but will relate to this year’s theme. Afternoons will be mostly free, allowing time for sports, games, swimming, naps, and socializing. After dinner, we’ll gather around the campfire and/or spend time in the rec room playing games and end the day with Compline.
Price:
- $250 per adult (18+)
- $60 per child (4-17)
- FREE for children ages 3 & under
- Additional fee for lodging upgrades
Lodging: Registration fee includes basic Bunkhouse lodging, with private rooms and shared bathrooms. There is limited space in the Bunkhouse which will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Available upgrades are: Cabin With Kitchen (+$500/room), Cabin With No Kitchen (+$300/room), and Hotel-Style Room (+$200/room). Food: All meals are included in the price of registration.
